Tracee-Ellis Ross

Girlfriends...oh how I miss that show, I still get excited when I see the marathon episodes on TV. Well, I think Tracee-Ellis Ross has the kind of hair that most African-American women dream of having, it's just gorgeous. She definitely inspires me to let-go of my curling and flat irons in order to just let my hair breathe. Anybody who knows me know that I love my hair extensions and when I have them in, I want and NEED them to blend well with my hair; however, that requires using a LOT of heat to achieve the kind of looks I go for. And so for the past month and a half, I have been on a "no heat for a month" ride to just let go of all the heat in order to take some time to treat my hair to prevent any breakage. I also let go of all the relaxers and I haven't used any since the month of July, yay me!! I don't know about going completely natural, but I guess we'll see.
I hope you enjoyed this post and somewhat inspired to take sometime off treat your hair in order to achieve a healthier look. You can join me on facebook for more photos. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful and blessed weekend, xox.

Coral Maxi

Hello lovely people, I hope you had a memorable summer because it's almost over, and now my favourite season is coming soon, yippee!! The fall season is just the best! Anywhu, so apart from the maxi skirt from the previous post , this dress also became one my favourite pieces to parade around town in. The colour is awesome (one of my favourite colours) and I also love the slits on the sides, I love it! Oh, and it's super comfy! Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket
