It's about time I started blogging about some of my favourite dishes apart from sushi, since I spend a lot of time in my kitchen making delicious African meals. I made this simple dish this past weekend; rice and chicken curry sauce with some fried ripe plantains. Trying to watch what I eat these days (planning on looking amazing for the summer, if that's even possible, lol). This is not the healthiest meal but I'm taking it one day at a time :)
