DIY: Ombre hair

As I mentioned before, I'm starting to experiment with DIY's this summer, starting with my hair. I've never been a fan of colour in my hair but the ombre hair trend has got me desperately dying for some colour. My trip to the hair store to find the products for it totally made me feel like a "fish out of water". However, I did get some help with finding the bleach for it. Although the hair did not turn out quite the ombre colour I anticipated, I'm totally loving it. I guess this will be my introduction to the actual color trend.

Items used: Clairol professional powder lightener, peroxide, foil, gloves, hair extentions, creme of nature shampoo, ramoni leave-in conditioner, treseme heat tamer.
None of my actual hair is bleached just because relaxed hair does not do well with colour especially bleach, so becareful. These are clip-in extentions (my new love!!)
If you're a newbie like myself and decide to try out this trend, please leave a link below so I can check it out :) Thanks for reading and have a wonderful week. Join in the fun on Facebook, xox.

Looks good! Never thought about trying it with extensions. I dyed my own hair - the top brown and left the lenghts black. Maybe try it with some hazel extensions to set some highlights
