I went to the Vintage Snob event organized by the people of Frugal Fashion Week here in Toronto. It was a very personal and intimate event in the sense that we all had this amazing vintage store to ourselves to shop from. There was a mini fashion show showcasing some of the items the store had and after we had the opportunity to check out the stuff and shop our butts off. They had some amazing pieces but I didn't get anything and now that I think about it, I don't think I was in my right mind...smh.
I never upload as many photos as I have with this post but I had to let you in on the stuff I saw, they were pretty "one of a kind", and that is exactly why I love vintage clothing!
Never in a million years did I think I would be donning denim on denim but such things happen. Sometimes you just have to break the rules and not be so "proper" I guess.
I have no idea why I didn't purchase this adorable brown vintage purse, it was perfect!

This shirt was so adorable my girl Marilyn picked it up and everyone wanted it; she had to grab it and purchase it quick!
these mustard shoes were the highlight of my night, they were so hot and different; I actually thought it was too fierce for me to pull it off, I was not worthy!

Seems like they had a lot of great pieces. I am shocked that you let that purse and those mustard shoes slide. I know you could have pulled them off. BTW... I am in love with those brown Aldo pumps paird against that denim!

fashion faux pas or not you rocked the denim on denim and I totally wouldve got those mustard shoes and saved them for the perfect outfit to wear them with!
